Grilled Catfish Rice Bowl Ingredients
- Jungin Food Grilled Catfish (430g)
- tbsp cooking oil
- bowl of rice (200g)
- egg
- Wasabi (optional)
- Pickled ginger (optional)
- 1 Defrost the frozen catfish in the refrigerator until ready for grilling. (For best flavor, thaw in the refrigerator rather than in the microwave.)
- 2 Heat a pan and place the catfish belly side down. Grill over medium heat.
- 3 When the flesh turns golden, flip and continue grilling. Repeat this 2–3 times. (No oil is needed, as the catfish cooks in its own fat.)
- 4 After grilling, brush the seasoning onto the fish, grill briefly once more, then cut into bite-sized pieces. (Seasoning is included with the product.)
- 5 Place the grilled catfish on top of the rice, and finish with an egg, wasabi, pickled ginger, or other garnishes as desired.
