This website refuses the unauthorized collection of email addresses. Any person who collects, sells, distributes, or uses email addresses by means of technical devices without authorization shall be subject to a fine of up to 10 million KRW in accordance with Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

• ① No person shall collect email addresses from an Internet website, where the intention to refuse such collection is explicitly stated, by using programs or any other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses.
• ② No person shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of paragraph (1).
• ③ No person shall use email addresses, knowing that they were collected, sold, or distributed in violation of paragraphs (1) and (2), for the purpose of transmitting information.
