Stir-Fried Catfish Ingredients
- Jungin Food Stir-Fried Catfish (600g)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 250g cabbage
- 250g onion
- 50g carrot
- 30g chili pepper
- Sesame oil (optional)
- 1 Defrost the catfish until suitable for stir-frying. (For best flavor, thaw in the refrigerator rather than in the microwave.)
- 2 Briefly blanch the catfish in boiling water, then remove and set aside.
- 3 Heat a pan, add one tablespoon of cooking oil, and stir-fry the catfish.
- 4 Once the catfish is cooked, add the vegetables (cabbage, onion, carrot, and chili) together with the included stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry everything until well combined. (The stir-fry sauce is included in the product.)
