Salt-grilled Catfish Ingredients
- ungin Food Catfish for Grilling (430g)
- A pinch of salt
- 1 Defrost the frozen catfish in the refrigerator until ready for grilling. (For best flavor, thaw in the refrigerator rather than in the microwave.)
- 2 Heat a pan and place the catfish belly side down. Grill over medium heat.
- 3 Sprinkle a pinch of salt evenly over the catfish.
- 4 When the flesh turns golden, flip and continue grilling. Repeat this 2–3 times. (No oil is needed, as the catfish cooks in its own fat.)
