Jungin Food is Korea’s first freshwater fish processing company to be HACCP-certified.

For wild-caught fish, we source them directly from local fishermen. For catfish and snakehead, we use fish raised in Jungin Food’s own farms.

With trusted raw materials from clean and hygienic environments, we carefully remove scales and innards, then freeze or dry the fish. This allows you to conveniently cook and enjoy them at home without any extra preparation.

Jungin Food’sCatfish Farm

Jungin Food operates a systematic aquaculture system to supply healthy and fresh catfish. Our farm is divided into three sections, each dedicated to a different growth stage of the fish.
To reduce the distinctive odor of catfish, we use specially formulated feed that prevents fishiness. This careful method allows us to provide consumers with catfish that has a mild, clean taste.
